About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in a dynamic consulting role, making a meaningful impact on children's early development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on speech and language development best practices, collaborating with educators and professionals to create tailored early development plans.
  • Plan, train, and develop programs that extend beyond direct therapy, focusing on early intervention and education.
  • Conduct client interviews and develop assessment plans, oversee and generate intervention plans for clients to implement at home or in school.
  • Organize clients into groups and parent education seminars, manage clients ensuring a clear 6-month plan in collaboration with other consultants.
  • Secure client commitment, schedule appointments, and convert intakes into services.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, conduct parent consultations and client appointments, complete client reports.
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, assess, set goals, plan, and implement personalized intervention plans.
  • Manage weekly schedule to meet KPIs, create therapy plans and home programs for clients.
  • Provide in-services to team and community partners, administer clinical assessments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Working with children check
  • Police check
  • First aid certificate
  • CPR certification
