About the Role
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized plans for optimal development.
  • Present findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support and effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run preliminary assessments using standardized tools and observation techniques.
  • Develop and implement Thrive reports outlining individual goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative programs promoting early development and family engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as early childhood education or psychology.
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Certificate IV in Education Support.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in various settings.
