Logistics Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics activities for our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify project scope and requirements
  • Confirm project requirements with stakeholders
  • Arrange load out and delivery sequence of project modules
  • Create and upload necessary paperwork, including BOL, PL, and CI
  • Contract and supervise packing efforts
  • Keep project team informed of logistics activities
  • Organize and upload all project documentation to shared drive
  • Manage carrier load tenders in TMS
  • Process E-Requester orders for project purchase orders
  • Maintain and receive purchase orders in MRP
  • Verify carrier invoices and address discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy (all office products)
  • Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask
  • Positive attitude
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Incoterms proficiency
  • Load planning experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TMS and Infor LN experience
  • Experience in dispatching drivers
