Concession Manager

Job Summary:

As a Concession Manager, you will be a key leader in our retail network, driving store operations excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
  • Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
  • Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
  • Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team
  • Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering
  • Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG Values
  • Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
  • Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
