Store Manager - Luxury Retail Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Elizabeth. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

This role offers an opportunity to work with high-end fashion brands and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • $65,000 - $75,000 base salary + super + uncapped bonus
  • $1,500 product allowance + 50% Family & Friends discounts

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have proven sales achievements within a KPI structure and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a high-performing team driven to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and engage the team daily
  • Coach and inspire through training
  • Create a customer-centric environment
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
  • Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential as we provide excellent training
