HSEQ Manager Position

Elevate your career in a dynamic joint venture framework as our HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) Manager. This role ensures all project activities are delivered in accordance with legislative, client, JV, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health & Safety Management: Lead the implementation of the project's HSE Management Plan, promote a proactive safety culture, and oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Environmental Management: Ensure project activities meet environmental obligations under legislation, client contracts, and environmental management plans.
  • Quality Management: Oversee the implementation of the Quality Management Plan, coordinate internal audits, and ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Leadership & Culture:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the HSEQ team, fostering a strong culture of accountability, consultation, and empowerment across the workforce.
  • Champion health and wellbeing initiatives across the project workforce.
