Fire compliance specialists are required to drive the implementation of a comprehensive fire safety program across multiple healthcare facilities in NSW.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of fire compliance services, ensuring adherence to national codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead site-based inspections to identify compliance risks and implement practical solutions
  2. Manage relationships with national service providers and contractors
  3. Provide clear reporting and updates to internal teams and executive stakeholders
  4. Ensure timely delivery of works and uphold safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fire compliance and building services project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of national fire safety standards and systems
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and operational constraints
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or project management (preferred)

Location:

  • Preference for candidates based in NSW (or VIC)
  • Some interstate travel may be required
