
Supply Chain Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring transportation flow and coordinating with vendors to meet customer requirements.
- Directing 3PL facilities in all store-related deliveries regarding delivery schedules, carton caps and any special services or requirements.
- Supporting and coordinating with DC, Ecom, and vendor teams to ensure domestic and cross-border Ecom orders meet guest SLA's.
- Working closely with Allocation Planning, Merchandising & Inventory Control in prioritizing and tracking retail allocations.
- Monitoring DC ship dates and transit time of all retail orders on a daily basis.
- Assisting in implementing new delivery projects to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the utilization of existing distribution infrastructure.
- Participating in root cause analysis to identify and resolve challenges. Performing due diligence reviews and supporting feasibility studies to develop business cases for initiatives to reduce cost and improve Customer Service.
- Supporting Retail Operations team and Retail Stores in all Special Projects & Logistical related matters; New Store Openings, Transfers & Returns.
- Supporting export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery.
- Managing invoice-related tasks, including generating, verifying, and reconciling invoices for outbound shipments.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics or Outbound Operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation tracking systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office platform (Access, Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint) and Database Management. Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Effectively works independently and with minimal direction.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze and recommend warehouse and transportation performance enhancements and/or cost improvements.
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, some weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime.
