About The Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to join our team in North Eastern Melbourne. As a Key Worker, you will work with children aged 0-8 and their families, delivering therapy and support in diverse settings. You will work collaboratively with our team of experts to provide individualised support and make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
  • Work collaboratively with our team of experts to provide individualised support and make a real difference in the lives of our participants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and our team
  • Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • A valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
