About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to join our team in North Eastern Melbourne. As a Key Worker, you will work with children aged 0-8 and their families, delivering therapy and support in diverse settings. You will work collaboratively with our team of experts to provide individualised support and make a real difference in the lives of our participants.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
- Work collaboratively with our team of experts to provide individualised support and make a real difference in the lives of our participants
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and our team
- Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners to help you excel

- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- A positive and flexible approach to work

- A valid Australian drivers license

- Working with Childrens Check
