Healthcare Insurance SpecialistAon specialises in developing, marketing, and administering customised insurance programs and specialty market solutions for organisations and their members or affiliates.
This position sits within our Allied Health team. Our aim is to help clients deal with insurance online and follow up with potential clients regarding their interest in our services and solutions converting to new business.
You will focus on educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting, and brokering business, presenting, and closing opportunities and servicing accounts.
We shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
Our operating model is designed by entrepreneurs who held a vision of radically changing the Insurance industry. This team will be pioneering a new capability that requires agility and innovation to succeed.
To achieve success in this role, you must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to connect with people and build trust is also crucial. You should be able to solve problems creatively and show initiative. Additionally, you must have the ability to analyse information and data to identify opportunities and prioritise.
You should be driven towards setting and achieving goals and making a difference. A zest for learning and ability to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies at speed are also required. Finally, a sales mindset and ability to make a connection with clients is necessary.
