This role sits within the Insurance and Claims team in Member Care, focusing on customer service and advocacy. You will work on claim types such as Death, Terminal Illness, and Permanent Incapacity Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage death claims with patience and empathy
- Communicate complex information effectively
- Provide excellent customer service with a high degree of empathy
- Analyse and interpret information with attention to detail
- Manage your own workload efficiently

We require an Insurance & Claims professional with:

- Ability to understand and analyse information
