Job Description

We are seeking a professional to work within our General Insurance team in Melbourne. This role will involve working closely with an experienced Partner and legal professionals on various insurance matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing large documents, tracking changes, and managing mark-ups;
  • Maintaining files, including opening and closing them as required;
  • Providing administrative support, including diary management and travel arrangements;
  • Liaising with clients and staff on daily matters;
  • Assisting with the preparation of briefs, court books, and court documents.
