Manufacturing Team Leader

Krispy Kreme is a company that values happiness and quality. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our teams by leading and developing Team Members. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to Team Members, support to Production Managers, and contributing ideas, energy, and support while creating high-quality doughnuts.
Comprehensive training will be conducted at our facility prior to the opening of our new location. This training will ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Using our systems and processes to ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed and to plan the work of your Team before their shift.
- Leading your Team to make sure they complete all their assigned tasks on time and in line with our standards and policies.
- Managing your teams in line with labour targets as outlined by Production Manager.
- Ensuring that Team Members comply with WHS & Food Safety standards.
- Overseeing the quality of all products intended for customers and liaising with the Production Manager on any issues with quality, timeliness, or suitability.
- A flexible approach to shift patterns, with good availability seven days a week.
