As a dedicated project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Telecommunications infrastructure delivery team in South Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and sundry items; manage job costing and send to suppliers;
  • Record and maintain subcontractor and supplier information, including insurance policies, within our systems;
  • Allocate and reconcile personnel and plant utilization and costs to projects;
  • Assist in preparation of subcontract agreements and administration of monthly progress claims;
  • Prepare monthly contract progress claims;
  • Process basic and routine accounts payable and other general business administration tasks.

This role suits someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar construction industry role and who wants to progress to Contract Administrator responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Good IT skills with advanced Excel and Word capabilities;
  • Experience with JDE is advantageous but not essential;
  • High personal motivation and strong attention to detail with solid data entry skills;
  • Problem-solving ability;

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a similar role within the construction industry;
  • Strong data management and administrative capabilities;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
