Bar Team Leader

Job Description:

As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and enthusiastic team during peak periods. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless management of guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising the bar team during busy hours
  • Delivering top-notch customer service and managing guest interactions efficiently
  • Oversight of stock levels and assistance with inventory control
  • Management of cash operations and adherence to RSA compliance
  • Maintenance of high safety and cleanliness standards, as well as training and supporting bar staff

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in bar or nightclub supervision
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with strong leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
  • RSA certification and flexibility to work late nights on Fridays and Saturdays

Benefits:

This is a part-time, casual job offering competitive pay and benefits. You will work approximately 25 hours per week, including every weekend, night shift, and rotating roster.
