Experience Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as Experience Centre Manager. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the sales consultant team and Assistant Experience Centre Manager to drive a customer-centric culture within the team.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing dynamic teams in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales environments. You will possess a people-centric mindset with both your team and customers, and be a passionate and motivated people leader who thrives on coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales consultant team and Assistant Experience Centre Manager to drive a customer-centric culture
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their best
  • Drive operational excellence and manage performance to get the best out of teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-functional sales and service improvements
  • Actively demonstrate company values and behaviours at all times
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in managing dynamic teams in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales environments
  • A people-centric mindset with both your team and customers
  • A passionate and motivated people leader who thrives on coaching and developing team members
  • Strong communication skills to ensure relevant and regular updates are communicated to the team
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
