Job Opportunity

A dynamic role exists for a Touring Coordinator to support the Head of Touring and collaborate with the broader team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan live events and artist tours, coordinating tour logistics, including travel, freight, and tour merchandise.
  • Liaise with Agents, Venues, and others to gather and enter tour schedules and information into systems.
  • Create tour budgets based on ticket and venue deals, as well as line items for domestic and international tours.
  • Manage tour merchandising, including creation, budgeting, and production of merchandise items/lines.
  • Ensure tour merchandising sellers are confirmed and coordinate shipping, receiving, invoicing, and other logistics.
  • Analyze post-event/tour results and administer event and tour finances.
  • Lead in announcement, pre-sale, and on-sale of tours, setting up VIP Packages, and reporting on ticket sales.
  • Liaise with Venues, Festival Organisers, Promoters, and others to execute tour and event marketing plans.
  • Create and distribute tour marketing assets and track ticket counts for artist tours and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the music industry, preferably with a focus on touring & event production.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with experience in writing and using formulas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, show discretion in sensitive situations, and manage complex information effectively.
