Australia's premier convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Event Manager.

You will plan, coordinate and execute events in conjunction with the event services team, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the live events industry and hold a responsible service of alcohol certificate.

At least 2 years experience in planning large-scale and multi-faceted events with 500+ guests in attendance is required.

A working knowledge of Microsoft office package and event management systems is advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and autonomously with minimal direction, accepting direction with a can-do attitude without compromising safety.

The role requires excellent organisation skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
