Your Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with customers to develop feasible and affordable payment plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and legislation.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve or develop solutions.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate written and verbal issues.
- Capacity to develop strong customer relationships.
