Your Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop feasible and affordable payment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and legislation.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve or develop solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate written and verbal issues.
  • Capacity to develop strong customer relationships.
