We are seeking an expert Business Solutions Expert to join our client solutions team.
About the RoleThis role is pivotal in understanding our clients' business and technology landscapes, identifying and solutioning business challenges by building a strong business case to pave the way for implementation and change.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, strong problem-solving skills, a solid technical background, strong relationship and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while effectively managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Understanding Client Needs: Identify and articulate client business problems or opportunities and how technology can enable value creation.
- Design and Deliver Client Solutions: Design tailored and innovative solutions that meet the specific needs across a diverse range of technologies, being able to prototype or demo solution concepts.
- Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Build strategic, trusted and long-standing relationships with clients and establish relationships with our teams, including peers, leaders, technical and delivery teams.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Engage in pre-sales activities, including preparing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that meet client needs.
- Experience with AI and the consulting industry.
- Background and experience in one or several of our core technical domains, Cloud, Digital, Data or Security.
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of the development of strategies and proposals for endorsement by executive teams and boards.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
