Community Relations Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Community Relations Manager to lead engagement and relationship management activities with our service communities. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for building effective working relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Lead Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with community members and representatives, ensuring a positive and reliable image of our services.
  • Relationship Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to collaborate on initiatives that support the delivery of our capital infrastructure and maintenance programs.

About You:

  • You have tertiary qualifications in Communications, Community/Public Relations, or other relevant discipline;
  • You hold IAP2 Certification (highly regarded);
  • You have experience in water, utilities, public sector, and/or other service-based industries (highly regarded);
  • You have proven experience leading operational teams and partnering with leaders across multiple functions.
