About the Role:

As a Water Industry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by fostering meaningful relationships with prospective new customers and helping them overcome their most pressing water monitoring challenges.

You will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, from lead to close, while simultaneously sharing valuable insights of customer challenges with our product development teams to inform innovation.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive covering our Australian territory. This position will be based remotely from your home office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term relationships with prospective new customers and help them address their toughest water monitoring challenges.
  • Develop strategic customer relationships focused on delivering exceptional value to our customers and measured by net new customer growth, revenue growth, and engagement with our products and services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share knowledge of customer challenges with our product teams, informing product development and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the water industry with enterprise or cloud software sales where you've consistently closed deals and exceeded targets.
  • A self-motivated individual who is driven to succeed and a strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Superior customer relationship skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
