**Product Visionary Opportunity**
">We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to shape our product strategy and execution for a range of customer-focused financial experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality, customer-centric outcomes and experience leading high-performing teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty across mobile app, website, and key features
- Cultivate and lead a best-in-class digital product team in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
- Design and deliver innovative, customer-loved financial products and experiences that meet evolving customer needs
**Requirements:**
- 15+ years' experience in product management within technology, payments, or financial services
- 7+ years experience leading and developing high-performing, empowered teams
- Strong capabilities in using data and experimentation to drive product strategy and decision-making
