Job Summary

This is an exciting role that requires a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house administration, recruiting and training staff, rostering, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

You will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative initiatives and working closely with the management team to achieve financial targets.

Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of customer service, while also developing and coaching our team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including administration, recruitment, training, and rostering
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent service
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably with a focus on food, bars, and gaming
  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Operational expertise to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and suppliers
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV, and approved manager qualifications

Estimated Salary: $74,000 + super + half-yearly bonus
