BHP Technology Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Supervisor to join our Technology Site Operations team at Goonyella Riverside Mine Site in Queensland. As OT Supervisor, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and technical field support of operational technology systems. This is a full-time position with a 7/7 rotating day-night roster.
Key Accountabilities
- Site Responsible Person for Technology resources on site, ensuring the team works within Safe Systems of Work.
- Manages and coordinates tasks and resources to resolve incidents and events in accordance with business priorities.
- Reviews maintenance work tasks and schedules, working with planners to ensure good work management practices.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the technology environment.
- Facilitates site-based project activities to ensure safe execution of work and minimal disruption to operations.
- Acts as the escalation contact for Technology site operations issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Operations Technology in large-scale environments, preferably mining. You should be a great people manager, leading a team of 2-20 personnel, with proven experience leading high-performing teams in an operational environment. You will have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
