Job Title: Regional Performance Manager
This role oversees the performance of multiple clubs in a specific region, driving EBITDA growth and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, with a track record in driving performance and achieving sales goals.
- Drive EBITDA growth and mitigate risks across multiple locations.
- Lead through significant changes, such as new club openings or expansion.
- Develop strategies to maximise membership acquisition and retention.
- Coach and mentor general managers in all areas of operations and people management.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead high-performance teams, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
Manage and drive the EBITDA performance of the clubs in your region, mitigating risks and implementing improvement processes.
2. Leadership and Development:
Lead through significant changes, such as new club openings or club expansion, and coach and mentor Club General Managers in all areas of operations and people management.
3. Strategy and Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to maximise membership acquisition, retention, and overall club profitability, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
