">Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Regional Personal Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing PT teams across our Holmview and Beenleigh clubs.
">Key Responsibilities:- Attract, recruit, and onboard PTs who align with our club's culture and fitness values
- Implement effective business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet club targets
- Oversee HIIT classes, timetables, deliver classes to inspire engagement, and ensure high-quality service across all fitness experiences
- Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff
- Drive the in-club 8-week challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation
- 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and Current First Aid/CPR
- Experience with multi-site management is an advantage
- Proven success in Personal Training or small business, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers
- Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, excelling under pressure while guiding teams to success
