As a Site Operations Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a high-paced Defence supplier. Your responsibilities include managing site upkeep and maintenance planning, developing processes for product improvement, and leading team performance outcomes.

You will work closely with operational personnel to ensure site operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in management or maritime operations, preferably from a Defence background.
