Director Corporate Services Position Available

This role provides strategic leadership and oversight of corporate services functions, including finance, procurement, risk management, governance, IT, insurance, facilities management, policy development, records management, and workplace health and safety.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to corporate services functions.
  • Evaluate and improve corporate systems and practices to support business operations, statutory requirements, and strategic objectives.
  • Advise the executive team, board, and minister on corporate matters.
  • Drive business improvement initiatives aligned with the evolving commercial, compliance, and service delivery environment.
  • Shape the strategic direction and performance of the corporate services team.
  • Contribute as a member of the executive leadership team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Substantial experience in leadership and delivery of organisational outcomes within information technology, financial management, and corporate support services.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results through teamwork, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, or equivalent field.
