Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Cloud Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cloud computing and customer success.

As a member of the ACES Strategic team, you will be responsible for driving deep engagements in areas like Incident Management, Problem Management, Support, Resiliency, and empowering customers.

You will work in partnership with Customer Success teams to resolve critical and complex problems, support key customer projects on Azure, and serve as the voice of the customer within Azure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Providing exceptional support to customers through innovative solutions and communication

Success in this role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering and customer success
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
