Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a fast-paced refurb and fit-out project in Sydney.

This project will be working in a live environment, requiring the ability to manage works while minimising disruption to surrounding business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site operations and ensure efficient management of subcontractors
  • Enforce safety compliance, maintain high standards of site cleanliness, and promote a culture of quality
  • Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting to meet client expectations
  • Liaise with the PM and client teams on progress and address any site issues promptly
  • Ensure works are completed to a high standard, meeting client specifications and requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects, preferably with a trade background or construction qualification
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to run a tight, well-organised site, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Relevant qualifications, including White Card, First Aid, and required tickets
