As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of new store and site projects.

This full-time role reports directly to the General Manager - Property and involves managing external contractors, visiting new sites for inspections, reviewing working drawings, meeting with architects and engineers, and presenting project updates to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project management, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.

They should be able to manage complex projects from start to finish, think strategically while focusing on details, engage effectively with cross-functional teams, and prioritize commercial and cost-conscious decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage external contractors and oversee the delivery of build programs.
  • Visit new sites for inspections and quality control.
  • Review working drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on new store design planning.
  • Present regular project updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Review project invoices against contractor quotes and ensure timely payments.
