Job Description

Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Summary:

Talent International is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for solution design, coding standards, and project management.
  • Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the technical point of contact for complex projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Data Solutions: Design, develop, and implement data solutions using SAS, SQL, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Solution Scalability: Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of solutions through effective architecture and design choices.
  • DevOps Pipelines: Implement and manage DevOps pipelines to automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the development process by adopting new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • System Performance: Monitor system performance and optimize code and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Technical Presentations: Present technical solutions and progress updates to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Credit Risk or Banking/Financial Services environments.
  • Project Management: Over 10 years of experience in managing projects and delivering business and technology solutions, with a focus on engineering complex data processes.
  • SAS and SQL: Proven experience with SAS and SQL in designing and implementing data solutions.
  • DevOps Practices: Strong experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Python, Java, Spring Boot, Git, Flink, CosmosDB, Akka, Scala, SQL, Synapse.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
