Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Infosys Consulting. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying business applications and critical infrastructure within the AWS Cloud.

Your primary focus will be on developing advanced cloud-based solutions and migrating existing workloads to the cloud. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that the design is fit for purpose while conforming to enterprise architecture principles and related standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Solution Architecture services to projects
  • Contribute to the development of architectural artifacts such as policies and procedures
  • Promote architecture standards and requirements amongst technology and business stakeholders
  • Deliver architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices
  • Cooperate closely with Project team members to ensure delivery
  • Monitor adherence to architecture standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in influencing teams and preferably within matrix structures
  • Able to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
  • A logical approach to problem-solving and complexity disaggregation
  • Tenacity and patience along with high attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • A strong team-based approach to work
  • Ability to work in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Math's / Science or Information Technology / Business
  • Architect certification like TOGAF is a plus
