Job Opportunity: Enterprise Microsoft 365 Specialist

 

A renowned IT services organisation is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Microsoft 365 Specialist to lead the delivery of implementation, configuration, and migration projects across complex enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive Microsoft 365 implementation and migration projects with minimal business disruption.
  • Deploy solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), and integrate with on-premises AD, servers, networks, EUC, and apps.
  • Provide expert consulting through design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilisation.
  • Automate administration and deployments using PowerShell; produce clear runbooks/documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues across hybrid M365 environments and drive timely resolution.
  • Stay current on M365 best practices, security, and governance.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in IT consulting, including 3+ years as an Enterprise Microsoft 365 Specialist.
  • Proven implementation and migration project delivery (hybrid and cloud).
  • Strong Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, Teams/SharePoint, Entra ID.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Clearance & Credentials:

  • Must be an Australian citizen with an active NV1 security clearance (or higher).
  • Microsoft 365/Azure certifications are a plus.
