About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IOL Manager to join our team at Alcon Laboratories (Australia) Pty Ltd Company. As an IOL Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IOL portfolio, showcasing expertise in our products' benefits and differentiating vs. competitive products by providing high technical consultancy in assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive total IOL revenue and market share in the territory
  • Accelerate PCIOL penetration
  • Facilitate the Accelerator program in selected accounts
  • Manage tender requirements working with internal teams
  • Work with Customer Operations on consignment, leveraging MyAlcon360
  • Develop new business with customers to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and optimize existing relationships and manage business with existing key customers
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management
  • Maintain and uphold an excellent company image
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of all IOLs and ability to detail the full portfolio of IOL products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both technical and interpersonal
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong customer relationship management
  • Flexibility, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of drive
  • Strong logical and analytical skills to solve problems, ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Experience with CRM applications (such as Salesforce) to manage relationships, complete account and call planning is desired
