Lead Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to drive manufacturing excellence at our Integration Centre.

This role will involve leading and managing the Production, Conversions, Sub-Assemblies and Repair Centre operations, delivering high-quality products to global jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, quality, productivity, inventory control and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage production operations with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, quality and productivity.
  • Successfully manage new product introductions across all relevant manufacturing areas.
  • Establish and develop a positive workplace culture with values of trust, teamwork and accountability.
  • Execute production KPIs to drive departmental performance and ensure achievement of business-wide goals.
  • Manage staff performance through regular audits and performance reviews.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and optimisation of business systems, manufacturing processes and electronic repair centre processes.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing or Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a Supply Chain or Operations management position.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a people management position.
