Luxury Communities Construction Team is seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee the construction of high-end resort facilities at our new over-50s lifestyle resort in Townsville.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery within timeframes, budget, and safety regulations. They will supervise day-to-day site activity and provide leadership to all trades, coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of quality, and collaborate with the residential site team to ensure shared success.
About the Role- Manage multiple commercial constructions projects simultaneously
- Deliver high-quality results within set timelines and budgets
- Supervise and motivate site crews and tradespeople
- Ensure effective communication with contractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with other site teams to achieve common goals
- Proven experience managing commercial builds (ideally in resort or hospitality sectors)
- QBCC Open Builders Licence (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident decision-maker with strong leadership abilities
- Trade background highly desirable
