We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated customer experience expert to join our resort in Airlie Beach.

As a customer experience expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and meeting targets and KPI's set by the business.

About This Role
  • Greet and register owners and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Provide information on local area attractions and promote the benefits of staying within our community
  • Complete all department-related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Use communication equipment such as telephones, facsimiles, and computers to provide exceptional service
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts
  • Establish rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
Key Responsibilities
  • Celebrate every interaction as an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Build strong relationships with owners and guests to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar hotel role, preferably in a luxury resort environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the local area
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A self-motivated and positive individual, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet business objectives
  • A high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc)
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, using initiative and creativity to find solutions
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
