A rare opportunity exists to lead the launch and growth of a licensed CFD/Forex brokerage.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to define and execute the company's go-to-market, growth, and revenue strategies in the CFD/Forex space. This is a hands-on executive role ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is ready to build from the ground up.

  • Licensing & Compliance: Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary licenses; ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage financial performance, cost controls, and long-term profitability.
  • Team Building: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Market Positioning: Champion the brand and product offering; establish a strong market presence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience at MD, Country Manager, or Senior Executive level in a CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • A track record of launching or scaling trading or FinTech businesses.
  • Deep industry relationships across liquidity providers, tech vendors, marketing channels, and regulatory consultants.
  • Commercial acumen, with a focus on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driven to build, scale, and innovate.
