Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Advocate. In this key role, you will be responsible for submitting claims and representing clients at the Veterans' Review Board.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. As an Advocate, you will work closely with external stakeholders, including related services and agencies associated with DVA.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding customer expectations through excellent service, consultation, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrating empathy and flexibility in all interactions.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and agencies associated with DVA.
- Participating in projects aligned with strategic plans and embracing change.
- Taking responsibility for delivering work outcomes associated with claim preparation, submission, and follow-up.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Compensation Advocate Level 3 or working towards.
- Knowledge of defence entitlements under legislation and Veteran's Review Board policies and practices.
