Job Summary

NTT Sydney seeks a Cloud Engineer to drive end-user optimisation initiatives across research data and shared storage programs.

This role will focus on addressing data hygiene issues, managing cloud drives, and engaging end-users to ensure strategies are effectively adopted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for research data management and shared storage initiatives.
  • Drive end-user optimisation across cloud drives (OneDrive, SharePoint, AWS FSx, Azure).
  • Reduce inefficiencies by tackling data hygiene issues such as uncontrolled provisioning.
  • Deliver training and engagement sessions to support adoption of strategies.
  • Maintain clear documentation and templates to guide technical teams.
  • Contribute to sustainable citizen cleanout programs, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong background in cloud engineering with an end-user focus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud drive management and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with data hygiene and lifecycle practices in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with user adoption needs.
