Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all technology infrastructure, including transformation strategy, operational planning, and the effective and efficient delivery of all technology services and solutions used to support business processes and services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
Leads the development and execution of the technology transformation strategy, including cloud transition strategy, user-experience & service delivery strategy, technical roadmap, and change leadership approach; ensures the strategy aligns and integrates with the overall business and enterprise strategic plans. - Team Leadership:
Creates and promotes a positive culture and work environment that leverages the talents and abilities of team members in achieving the goals for the Technology and Infrastructure team. - Technology Operations Management:
Ensures that all technology infrastructure and networks operate according to identified standards, regulatory and legal requirements. - Budget & Technology Investment Management:
Develops and controls the annual operating expenditure and capital expenditure budgets for technology to ensure that it is consistent with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- 10 years of information technology experience.
- 7 years of leadership and management experience preferred.
- Exceptional people leadership and talent development skills including the ability to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward, and lead team members.
- High learning agility with demonstrated ability to apply past experiences and learnings successfully in new situations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage values-based leadership to shape and influence culture.
- Proven experience leading technology transformation and change initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop high-impact technology strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Solid knowledge of agile solution delivery principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to represent the business.
- Demonstrated success in the implementation of large, complex programs.
- Strong strategic thinker, able to deliver tactical deliverables.
