We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our domestic and B2B customers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing timely and accurate support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and sales
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
