Job Profile

This role involves coordinating the work program with our planning team, ensuring effective support for maintenance and fault-related tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and scheduling work several weeks in advance.
  2. Developing high-level maintenance plans and scheduling rolling work for 6-8 weeks.
  3. Managing and adapting to schedule changes.
  4. Finalising work orders accurately and efficiently, communicating job status to customers and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborating with planning and field teams to optimise crew efficiency.
  6. Assigning maintenance and fault work to planners.
  7. Assisting with fault response planning and rescheduling incomplete tasks.
