About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning the work program to our planning team, ensuring strong support for maintenance and fault-related tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Plan and schedule work several weeks in advance.
  2. Establish high-level maintenance plans and schedule rolling work for 6-8 weeks.
  3. Manage and adapt to schedule changes.
  4. Finalise work orders accurately and efficiently, communicating job status to customers and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with planning and field teams to maximise crew efficiency.
  6. Allocate maintenance and fault work to planners.
  7. Assist with fault response planning and reschedule incomplete tasks.
About You
  • Experience in resource scheduling and planning is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • A basic understanding of the electrical industry is preferred but not essential.
