Job Overview

This role offers a unique blend of process, systems, and transformation expertise.

As a Demand & Architecture Manager, you will collaborate with senior process owners and executive sponsors to define, structure, and prioritize change initiatives that support the company's strategic vision.

Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and documenting and evolving the digital process architecture for improved operational efficiency.

Success in this role demands strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a commitment to structure and discipline.

  • Play a key role in building the digital spine, enabling the business to scale with clarity, confidence, and maturity

This is a multidisciplinary role combining elements of analyst, facilitator, and architect. We seek someone who is comfortable in ambiguity, as well as clarifying scope, mapping process flows, and shaping structured proposals.
