Job Title: Subcontracts Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subcontracts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality contract execution and ensuring our contractual obligations are met to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontracts from formation to completion, negotiate terms, and provide expert advice to stakeholders
  • Prepare forecasts, monitor budgets, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company governance, safety standards, and our Management System
  • Collaborate with the Subcontracts team and project stakeholders on contract-related matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in industries like Oil and Gas, Energy, or EPC
  • Strong skills in numbers, commercial principles, and advanced computer proficiency (including ERP systems)
