About Us

Suitable applicants will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with students, staff, and the wider community. Experience in evidence-based literacy teaching pedagogies is desirable.

The Role

This role will suit someone who is relationship-focused and highly motivated to create exciting learning experiences. We have two classes in this multi-age class of less than 10 students. Suitable applicants will ideally be committed to Aboriginal Education and have a strong work ethic, flexibility, and openness to change.

You will also be responsible for engaging in data-informed practice and ongoing self-reflection. Ideally, you should have experience or knowledge of the Kimberley Schools Project (KSP) and explicit targeted teaching/Explicit Instruction methods.
