Job Title: Professional Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our dynamic organisation in the culture sector as a part-time Learning & Development Coordinator.

  • Provide administrative support across L&D programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Update and maintain learning modules using ELMO, enhancing user experience and engagement.
  • Track compliance and support reporting tasks, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage the learning inbox and coordinate learning logistics, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Process payments and handle invoice queries, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring prompt payment.
  • Assist with internal L&D communications, fostering collaboration and open dialogue among team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across L&D functions, driving innovation and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in L&D administration or coordination, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines and delivering results.
  • A proactive attitude, strong ethics, and team-focused mindset, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
